Guidance for our
Speakers
Lunch: 11:30am - 12:15pm
Meeting: 12:00 pm
- 1:00pm
Speakers start normally
about 12:20pm for 1/2 hour
Our
speaker is our guest for lunch.
If
speakers bring colleagues or other guests,
then
lunch is $18 for each of these additional people.
Audio-Visual equipment we can provide:
Computer projector - connects to your laptop
Screen to project presentations
Players and TV for DVDs and VHS tapes
(note: we need to know at least 1-week in advance
if you plan to use any of this audio-visual equipment)
